On February 21st, the acid resistant brick intelligent digital production line invested by the company was officially put into operation. An important measure for the company's intelligent manufacturing and industrial upgrading. This production line adopts advanced intelligent digital control system and energy-saving equipment, and is operated by imported robots, achieving intelligent operation and precise control throughout the entire process from raw material proportioning, automatic forming, cutting, transportation, drying, precision billet, kiln loading, firing, kiln discharge to finished product code loading. The daily output can reach more than 30000 pieces, and the product quality is more stable!

The company's acid resistant board production line adopts a fully automatic intelligent production line with a fully digital system, intelligent and precise control. The daily output of acid resistant boards can reach more than 150000 pieces.
